Shipping/processing
Here's how:
- Print out the order form, fill it out and enclose it with the workpiece
- Sending your workpiece
To avoid transport damage to frames, be sure to use a frame box - available from your local bike dealer or from us for a small additional charge (we will send you a frame box)
Delivery within Germany with e.g. DHL - max. 120x60x60 cm, max. 10 Kg - 10,49 €
- You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as the workpiece has arrived with us.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email with the invoice. After receipt of payment (prepayment or Paypal), the parts will be sent directly back to you.
Danger:
Payment is made in advance, via Paypal or upon collection.
If you do not want certain areas to be coated or blasted/stripped, you must document this precisely in our order form in the form of a drawing or a picture on which the areas are marked.
We always pre-treat or blast even paint-stripped or raw frames to ensure optimal adhesion. That's why we don't give any discounts on frames that have already been paint-stripped.
